You want an experienced, responsible caregiver. We understand that a true companion must share similar interests with your family member and understand their emotional and physical needs. We provide caregiver recommendations based on the customized care plan we develop with you, as well as the individual skills and strengths of our caregivers.
You and your family are encouraged to stay involved in the planning of your parent's care; your family will be included in all aspects of care planning. We will always notify you of any change in their condition and at any time, you can reach your local office to discuss the plan of care.
To protect you and your family, Emmanuel Home Health Services takes on the responsibility of employing and managing your caregiver. We guarantee that our caregiver is bonded and insured, and screened through a national background check and appropriate qualification with good driving records. Also our caregiver finished our exclusive training and certified CPR class. We also check their quality assurance and performance evaluation before they get assigned to the client.
Our Clinical Supervisory RNs are full-time Emmanuel’s employees, not contract nurses. We have RNs available after hours and on weekends for emergency visits, as well as any clinical questions related to your loved one’s care. Clinical Supervisory RN visits are no additional charge.
